I grow strong
On this diet of words
The most satisfying meal
Feasting on knowledge
Dining each day
On letters
And a poem for dessert

This is delightful and also very true. If you love words, they are a feast for daily hunger.
Very lovely imagery even more so for its simplicity. I can see you have a wonderful future ahead of you in whatever field you chose to follow. 🙂 Thanks for visiting me.
A poetess that I am pleased to share words with. They are a feast aren’t they! Composed beautifully Isabella. My thanks for stopping in and reading ‘Blind Tenets’ look forward to seeing more of your talent. ~ Rose

Such deserts are yummy.. 😀
Hi Isabella, it’s Annabella from Caroline’s party! ^_^
Email me or leave a message @ my site or something: http://coloroftherain.audax-hosting.com/. I’m also on twitter as theannabellalee.
Wow, your site is so cool! I wish I was as talented as you. You have so many awesome colors and poems and shapes. Everything looks so amazing!
Poems are more than just a dessert. You eat dessert, and the taste fades, but a poem–a poem you can come back to, the taste will not fade. You can keep a poem with you by memorizing it. And you can write poetry, that delicious fact of life.
True, even if you read the same poem over, it will not taste exactly the same. But that is the joy in words, that as you change, they are the same, but you can see them differently.
Does this comment make sense only to me?
